Due to how small the batches of Salmon are at a time, Salmon will be made to order.

We make it multiple times a week to have bags on hand, but they go fast. The Salmon process takes approximately 3 business days to make. We marinate the salmon for a minimum of 24 hrs before putting them to dehydrate to make sure that the flavor is on point!
